Attorney Yuval Plada specializes in representing business and private entities before all the various judicial courts, including civil courts, the High Court, Administrative and Local Courts, and before all judicial tribunals operating in the fields the firm engages in, such as appeal committees, the Commissioner of Land Registration, arbitration and mediation.
In early 2016, a family law department was established in the firm, to complete the range of services provided to the firm’s clients. The department is managed by an attorney specializing in family law, and provides clients who require services in this field with a complementary viewpoint with respect to family and marital relations law, alongside the business and commercial respect. The department handles family dispute resolution of various types before the different courts, including dispute resolution through mediation proceedings, divorce proceedings before the Family Court and the Rabbinical Court, prenuptial agreements, wills, inheritances and estates, family wealth management and transfer of capital within the family and to the succeeding generation, while examining the needs and the aspects in the field of family law, alongside the business/ commercial respect.
In order to achieve the best results, we place great emphasis on strategy design after thoroughly learning all the material relating to the case, in collaboration with the client, and on designing a legal and commercial strategy while understanding the client’s needs in various aspects.Attorney Yuval Plada is a mediator certified by the Bar Association, and serves, inter alia, as a complainant before the Bar Association’s s Disciplinary Tribunal, voluntarily, and as a contribution to the community.
